个人简介：谭学刚，海南大学副研究员，博士研究生导师，IEEE会员，中国自动化学会会员，海南省高层次人才，主要从事群体智能协同控制、优化与学习等方面的研究。到目前为止，在IEEE（TNNLS/TCYB/SMC/TCNS/TNSE/TCSII）等国际期刊上发表SCI论文20余篇，其中IEEE汇刊9篇, ESI高被引论文3篇，担任多个会议程序委员会委员,担任包括Automatica、IEEE (TAC/TCYB/TIE/TCNS/TFS/TCSI/TCDS/TM/ TCSII)在内的多个国际期刊审稿人。
